Matrix Air Systems, LLC (“MAS”, “Matrix Air,” “us,” “we,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of users (“user”, “you” or “your”) to web sites operated by it (collectively, the “Site”). This Privacy Policy summarizes the types of information Matrix Air collects through the Site, how we will use, disclose, and protect this information once it is collected, and your choices with respect to our uses and disclosures of your information. It also explains how we use cookies and other technologies. By using the Matrix Air Site, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy as they may be amended from time to time. This information typically includes the IP address of your Internet service provider, the name of your operating system (such as Macintosh® or Windows®) and the name and version of your browser (such as Internet Explorer® or Safari®). Opt-out

Please note that it may take us a few days to process your opt-out request and that, even if you opt out of receiving marketing and promotional communications from Matrix Air, we may still contact you in connection with your relationship, activities, transactions and communications with Matrix Air.
Security
Matrix Air maintains reasonable safeguards to protect the confidentiality, integrity and security of your Personal Information. Although we use security measures to help protect your Personal Information against unauthorized disclosure, alteration or misuse, as is the case with all computer networks linked to the Internet, we cannot guarantee the security of information provided over the Internet and will not be responsible for breaches of security beyond our reasonable control.

Acceptance of Privacy Policy
